More significant than any title are the roles I cherish most – that of husband and dad. While I haven't always been perfect, my commitment to these roles has never wavered.
Over two decades ago, I stood beside my incredibly patient wife, Simóne, and vowed "I do." Truth be told, we were young and naive, clueless about the journey ahead. Ironically, our wedding ceremony wasn't as enjoyable as we'd hoped. Now, my mission is twofold: to offer couples the wedding ceremony they've always dreamt of and equip them with the tools needed for the best married life.

Worth the Blood, Sweat & Tears
It’s taken a lifetime to get to where I am today. I have the marriage of my dreams, two awesome teenagers and one incredible wife of over twenty years. I can honestly say (and she’ll tell you the same thing) our marriage is the best it’s ever been, and it keeps getting better. We’re still deeply in love, the best of friends and passionately committed to each other.

But it hasn’t always been like this. Once the honeymoon was over – boy was it over! We are very different people, both stubborn with different strengths, skills and passions but we learnt to make it work and build the marriage of our dreams.

That’s probably why I became a marriage counsellor. Because many of the tools I give you, I’ve made work myself.
I’ve been helping couples for close to twenty years. I’ve travelled the journey of restoration with couples who have been in the worst – I’m talking really bad – of situations and helped them turn it around. If you saw them today – so in love and connected to one another – you’d never imagine what they went through.

As a qualified counsellor, I’m a member of, and governed by the Certified Practicing Counsellors Australian Association. I have a diploma in counselling, degree in communication, diploma in training and assessment and a diploma in theology.
Through my free content, online courses (coming soon), counselling, speaking, writing and everything else I do, I do it to help people.
