Complete the Pre-Counselling Assessment
Complete the pre-counselling assessment within 7 days of receipt.
Individuals: Free. This will take you about 20 minutes to complete.
Couples: $46 per couple. This thorough assessment will take about 45 mins to complete. You'll receive access to an online portal. Whoever logs in first makes payment for both of you.

Book Your Consultation
Once your pre-counselling assessment is complete you'll be emailed a link to book a counselling session.

A one-hour counselling session includes 50 minutes of counselling and 10 minutes for professional note taking. Sessions run on time.
The Pre-Counselling Assessment
To help maximise the counselling time, couples complete an online questionnaire before we begin. This unique tool is thorough, tailored, multi-choice. It explores your relationship's strengths and weaknesses, including communication, conflict resolution, parenting, roles, responsibilities, finances, social life, sexual expectations, personality type, family history, and more.
Your answers are compared to identify agreements, disagreements, and areas needing attention. The assessment is processed by a third party and therefore attracts a one-off fee of $46 per couple (free for individual therapy).

The pre-counselling assessment for individual counselling saves counselling time spent on the usual history review; this means we can get straight into providing you with the support and tools to move forward.
Bookings & Fee Schedule
Ensure you have registered and completed the Pre-Counselling Assessment before you book.
Each one-hour session includes 50 minutes for counselling and 10 minutes for professional note taking.
